Rule: Stay in your seat
Grown up Reason: It is good for learning, keeps classes under control
THE TRUTH: THE CHAIRS WILL GET UP AND LEAVE!!!
It may seem crazy, chairs not being alive and all, but let me tell you... seeing is believing. It was not long ago that I was in class and the fire alarm bell began its deafening roar, and the worst happened. Not that the school burned down, some thing that would be a good thing, then we could stay home for a few weeks while they rebuild. What actually happened is that the chairs escaped and blocked a fire door on the way. Which is illegal, the principal got in loads of trouble when the Fire Marshall saw that.
So, to back up to the begining, we lined up in number order and then raced out of the school. It was a bright sunny day, great! We begged and begged our teacher to stay out for recess. But, he is a real grump and said, "no" and we had to learn how to convert fractions or some ridiculous thing like that that teachers think are so important, but whatever.
How would the chairs get out? A good point for revision
